Responsibilities
- 01Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to accelerate the roadmap
- 02Collaborate with other teams and engineers on cross‑cutting initiatives and common product primitives
- 03Mentor engineers, assign tasks and support their skill development
- 04Make trade‑offs considering business priorities, user experience and technical sustainability
- 05Build components and APIs for GRC and Trust management tasks
- 06Contribute to emerging product teams (Third Party Risk Management, Activation, Monetization, Expansion, Collaboration)
Requirements
- 015+ years of full‑stack engineering experience with strong backend focus
- 02Proven experience leading small engineering teams
- 03Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- 04Experience building user‑facing SaaS products for startups and enterprise customers
- 05Experience creating 0→1 products and solving difficult engineering problems
- 06Familiarity with TypeScript and the stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB
- 07Willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity
