Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager, AUS

Responsibilities
- 01Lead project teams for leased and partnered data center capacity delivery
- 02Embed with project teams to deliver on fastest possible schedule while maintaining safety and quality
- 03Validate deal readiness from Letter of Intent through lease execution
- 04Serve as Anthropic's primary point of contact with landlords and developers post-deal
- 05Coordinate across internal stakeholders and track construction progress
- 06Represent Anthropic in key technical and operational decisions during development
- 07Drive seamless handoffs to operational state with networking and deployment teams
- 08Prepare and present regular executive reporting on progress versus plan
- 09Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
- 10Develop and refine standardized processes and playbooks for facility delivery
Requirements
- 018+ years of experience in site leadership managing data center delivery, construction projects, or infrastructure deployment at scale within Australia
- 02Strong understanding of end-to-end data center development process including entitlements, permitting, planning, supply chain, execution, commissioning, and handover
- 03Understanding of data center design and construction nuances in Australia
- 04Ability to make decisions and guide delivery execution without consulting external parties
- 05Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in relevant field
