Responsibilities

01Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows while keeping the human in the loop
02Partner with product management, design, and other engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable solutions
03Lead hands-on full-stack software development to create dynamic, user-centric experiences
04Enable mechanisms for product-led growth through seamless onboarding and sharing capabilities
05Direct the future of intuitive agentic applications at Databricks
06Define and drive strategy for building end-to-end AI feature development
07Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and performant systems

0110+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
02Demonstrated product mindset with ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into scrappy MVPs
03High ownership and bias for action in 0→1 environments
04Strong ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and design teams
05Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or VueJs/Ember)
0610+ years of experience with server-side web technologies (eg: Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go)
07Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products
08Deep familiarity with LLMs and generative AI
09Hands-on experience with techniques like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt design, evaluation, and monitoring AI quality and safety
